Kent has a proven track record of successfully leading and growing small businesses. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Kent ran a Chicago-based direct marketing firm and under his leadership the company tripled in size. The company worked with numerous small business owners in helping them grow their businesses through direct marketing efforts.
Kent began his career in the technology field before migrating into sales and marketing. He has broad experience and functional expertise that ranges from operations, marketing and sales to production, customer service and credit. At Sunbelt, Kent will be focused on assisting business owners in developing exit strategies for their businesses so they can maximize the price and terms when it's time to sell.
Kent graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Operations Management Information Systems. He also graduated as a four year starter for the division IA football program. He has also been a mentor with the HFS Scholar program for three years. This program is geared towards assisting inner city kids get into private high schools as well as into college.
