Background and Experience
Jim brings 30 years of business experience to Sunbelt Business Brokers and their clients. After working in computer services and investments for a Milwaukee bank, he worked as a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for an international bank managing client transactions and building a brokerage team. Subsequently, Jim started his own successful brokerage business marketing strategies and executing transactions. Success in this venture depended upon building trust and demonstrating integrity, key elements that he brings to Sunbelt.
As a Chartered Financial Analyst, Jim’s financial expertise augments the business transaction process at Sunbelt. A pillar of the CFA designation is adherence to Standards of Professional and Ethical Conduct, characteristics that foster strong relationships with both sellers and buyers. Currently, Jim is a Level II candidate for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation which includes in-depth coverage of commercial real estate and private equity.
